Posh restaurants, nice cafes and cocktail bars overlook the promenade. And nearby Promenade Mall has nice boutiques. You can go there anytime, it's perfect to have breakfast or brunch in the morning, take the sun during midday while eating lunch and watch the sunset in the evening.

Café Caprice, ParangaLa Belle Bistro, La Parada and Umi are some of the fanciest spots where you can spend the whole day till sundown and then enjoy dinner and dancing.
